- puff pastry
- grated cheese (emmental)
- diced bacon
- 1 medium oignon
- Isigny cream (creme fraiche)
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll the dough to fit a large baking sheet and place it on the baking sheet.
Spread the cream over right to the edge.
Mince the onion and sprinkle with the bacon evenly over the dough.
Add salt and black pepper.
Bake for about 20 minutes and serve immediately.
