This recipe is really easy to prepare and not to oily.
- 600g baking potatoes
- olive oil
- black pepper
Preheat your oven to 200˚C (400˚F).
Clean the potatoes and cut them into chunky wedges.
Put the wedges in a roasting tray and add olive oil. Season with paprika, salt and fresh grounded black pepper.
Cook in the oven until your potatoes are golden and crispy. Mix 2 or 3 times while it’s roasting.
